Sunny Brow ("Sunny Brow," "we," "us," or "our") operates a semi-permanent makeup studio and training academy at 302 N Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90004, and the website sunnybrowla.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described here.

• Contact and inquiry details — your name, email address, phone number, preferred artist, message, and any photos you choose to send through our contact form, by email, by text, or by direct message on social media.
• Booking information — the service, date, and time you select, along with your contact details, when you book an appointment.
• Deposit and payment information — when you pay a deposit or service fee. Card details are entered into and processed by our booking and payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our Site.
• Model application details — your age range, skin type, preferred service and dates, prior tattoo or permanent makeup history, photos of your brows or lips, and your photo/video consent selection.
• Academy inquiries — your name, contact details, and course interest when you ask about our training programs.
• Consultation and client records — information you share with us before or during an appointment so we can assess suitability and perform your service safely.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

2. Photos and Before & After Images

Photos are an important part of permanent makeup. Photos you send us for a consultation or model application are used only to evaluate your brows, lips, skin, or hairline and to recommend a suitable approach.

We take before, after, and healed photos during appointments to document your treatment. We will only publish images in which you can be identified — on our Site, social media, YouTube, or other marketing — with your consent. For model sessions, consent to photos and video for training, marketing, and social media is a condition of participation, as stated on the application. If you would like an image of you removed from our Site or social media, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove it from channels we control.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To schedule, confirm, and manage appointments, deposits, and payments
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, aftercare instructions, and touch-up reminders
• To review and select model applicants and coordinate academy enrollment

4. How We Share Your Information

  • Instagram (Meta) — display of our Instagram feed and messages you send us there
  • Meta — advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

5. Text Messages

If you provide your mobile number, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments, deposits, and aftercare. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Your Choices

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep the Site working properly, to understand traffic through Google Analytics, and to measure the effectiveness of our ads. Our advertising partners may use cookies to show you ads for Sunny Brow on other websites based on your visit to our Site.

Model applications that are not selected are deleted within a reasonable time unless you ask to stay on our waitlist.

9. Age Requirement
