If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. No changes can be made within 72 hours of your appointment. If rescheduling happens more than once, your deposit will become non-refundable.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your procedure due to scheduling constraints. You will be considered a no-show. Please ensure to arrive on time to avoid any inconvenience.

- Eyeliner: 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the design

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin in the treatment area. Avoid caffeine and alcohol prior to your appointment, and inform us of any medical conditions or medications you are taking.
You can pay the remaining amount after the deposit on the day of your appointment, once the procedure is completed. Payment methods accepted include credit card, cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
Consultations are free. However, a $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment, which will be refunded after the consultation. The deposit is non-refundable in case of a no-show.
